Checkout was easy. Shipping was very fast. Would easily be 5 stars IF I would have received a shipping notification and/or tracking info. A couple of the customer service links on the website are broken.

I love the Fizik shoes I have! I just bought the Infinito Hydra which have a great feel while wearing without socks. And the Transiro Infinito R1 knit also feels great. I’m looking forward to getting in many miles in both shoes. The ease of buying online and the shipping also was top notch.

0 satisfaction. the shoe i purchase has no thread in the cleat fix. I had claimed custom support and quality support with no response came back to me for a week. very awful experience

I had an issue with my payment being flagged as fraud, so the order did not go through at first. I received a confirmation stating my order did not go through. I confirmed with my bank that I'm making a purchase, that it is not fraud. So I re-ordered the product, and applied the same discount that I had the first time. Turns out two orders had gone through, however only one had the discount applied. So I contacted customer service on the issue, that I only wanted to make sure only one order goes through and not two. They ended up cancelling one of the orders, however they cancelled the one with the discount. When I contacted customer service again that they had removed my discount from my purchase, they said "unfortunately we cannot edit the total amount order, since it has been already placed." They had the option to cancel the order that did not have the discount, and decided not to. Instead they chose to cancel the order with the discount. I did not appreciate that. They said I could keep the discount for my next purchase. But it was a discount for first time purchase, so I can't use it for another purchase. Not a good way to welcome a new patron. The product is good but I won't be buying from here again or recommending the product because of this. I don't appreciate bad business like this. It may be a small discount but its the principal that matters.

I do really love fizik shoes, but the purchasing experience was very frustrating. When i ordered i expected shipping and tracking info within a few day, that was not the case. It was over almost 2 weeks before i received that notification, even after my numerous emails and questions in the chat page. I assumed i had be scammed and was forced to order from a different manufacturer. Now i have a pair of shoes i don't want or need. I have requested information to return these witch i still have not received.
