Package has been stuck at the warehouse for weeks now and I’ve barely gotten a response from customer service on how they’re fixing the issue. I like the product but cannot recommend them to any customer in the US.

Purchase was simple online. The only confusion was that update emails came from Selle Royal Group, not Fizik, and I didn't know the corporate relationship, so I almost deleted the emails as spam.

The shoes were faulty. I contact Fizik 6 times. No one came back to me from customer support. I returned the shoes. I'll never buy from Fizik direct again. Dreadful service.

Good website, generous shipping terms, and I like that somehow Fizik takes care of destination import and VAT. Even if I’m paying for it, it just feels better included

I used my bike shoes and fell the first day. The BOA wire snapped. I emailed Fizik and they directed me to a section of their website to research what type of BOA repair kit that I needed (and I bought and Paid for the wrong one - the search instructions were not clear, to me anyway). That seems odd for the wire to snap on one small fall and the customer service was not good.

This is my first pair of cycling shoes. They look and feel great.

The shoe was expeditedly shipped immediately after the order was placed. When the shoe got to me, it was of a perfect size and it matched its description perfectly. All in all, it was a great buy and I can't wait buy my second pair in a different color.

Quick, easy and super efficient. Excellent products, I was a pro racer and have been riding for over 55-years. Use Fizik saddles and shoes.
