I ordered a Women's Luce S-Alloy saddle. It was shipped to me in the U.S. from Italy. This particular saddle was unavailable from any U.S. sellers. Received it quickly, but shipping cost was 1/3 of the cost of the saddle. I knew what the shipping charge was when I chose to place the order. I was really hoping the saddle was going to be what I was looking for, so chose to pay the shipping since the price of the saddle seemed quite reasonable. Unfortunately, the saddle did not work for me. The "corner" where it cuts in from front to back was too angled and sharp and hit me in a bad spot. I returned the saddle in pristine condition. Fizik paid the return shipping charge, which was great, since the initial shipping charge was so high. When they received the saddle they sent me an e-mail stating that the saddle was dirty and scratched, and that they would not give me a refund and were going to send the saddle back to me. I responded that it was not dirty and scratched when I sent it back. A few days later I received another message stating they had made a mistake and the saddle was Ok, and I was given a refund. Order processing and shipping was fast, the saddle looked well made, and customer service was decent other than the temporary issue during the return process.
