Ich habe bei der ersten Bestellung die falsche Größe bestellt, da hat es schon gedauert bis das Rücksendeformular kam. Jetzt ist die richtige Größe nach Größenformular gekommen und ist wieder eine nummer zu klein! Das Größenformular ist nicht sehr hilfreich.

Guter schöner Schuh, mit der Verschnürrung hapert es ein wenig ansonsten passt er bequeme. Lieferzeit schnell und zuverlässig. Danke

1 week ago (!!) I wrote fizik to learn about exchanging a shoe (ordered EUR 43 size and I might need a smaller one). As of right now, no answer from the company. Then I looked up their return policy on shoes ("in case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.") - it is nearly impossible to install cleats without any signs. One might think that fizik would be obliged by law to return items from online sales, but at least transparently the company refuses to do so. Why to get into the hassle of trying to send your purchase back, if most likely you won't get your refund back? Money gone, shoe also gone. Their products might be good, but their service is terrible. So stay away of purchasing their products online!

Wow perfect service! Easy online shopping Product came in on exact delivery schedule. Package was untouched. And I just LOVE my new Fi'zi:k gravel shoes!!!!

I used Fizik's website to buy my shoes and it was easy to navigate on my laptop. I checked all the available options and after choosing the shoes I wanted, the process was very simple. However; I do not recommend using your mobile phone because the website is not optimized for mobile experience and it is harder to navigate
