Lieferung mit UPS sind immer problematisch, UPS unternimmt keinen echten Zustellungsversuch, muss das Paket immer abholen. Zudem hatten die Schuhe einen großen (Kaffee?) Fleck. Nicht so toll bei weißen Schuhen! Rücksendung war mir zu blöd aber darauf wurde ja vermutlich spekuliert. War meine letzte Bestellung bei fizik.

Frankly, I am disappointed with fizik’s customer service. I had a coupon code that I obtained through Strava and it had just expired. I asked about renewing it so I could make a purchase. I was waiting because my bike shop initially said they would get the saddle and then said they couldn’t. Still not sure why they couldn’t order it but I could. Either way, my customer service experience was unsatisfactory. I wish they would have been more accommodating.

fizik uses DHL in the Netherlands which does not operate well. Despite me waiting all day in my house, DHL chose to mark me as not available and changed the delivery location to a place far away. Please change your delivery partner, I would wait one or two days more for an actual delivery to my location.

I ordered a products and make a mistake on the address, I was able to catch it soon enough to be helped and switch the address which was great. But once that was done I never heard back about any confirmation or tracking information and I’ve reached out multiple times since then with no response, all I’ve seen in my emails in the original package being cancelled. I made this order about a week ago and still have no tracking information or shoes.

Are you kidding me?? Asking me for feedback but won't answer me in the problem with my purchase. Only half of my orders did make it to my house. The things are nice but it would be nice to first help me and then ask for my opinion about you

Size chart on the site is completely off. I have measured my foot and double checked, yet the size I got is completely off. I have no way of returning shoes since I left Germany and now I just have expensive small shoes

I used my bike shoes and fell the first day. The BOA wire snapped. I emailed Fizik and they directed me to a section of their website to research what type of BOA repair kit that I needed (and I bought and Paid for the wrong one - the search instructions were not clear, to me anyway). That seems odd for the wire to snap on one small fall and the customer service was not good.
