il n ' etait pas indiqué mon nom sur le colis , le nom du RELAIS DEPOT le remplaçait , ce qui aurait dû engendrer un refus de livraison puisque sans destinataire et sans traçage .

The shopping experience with fizik was very poor. I needed a new pair of bike shoes that are wide. Fizik is one of the few companies in the world to offer wide bike shoes. Kudos for that. But finding them, getting the right size, ordering them, exchanging them was all unnecessarily frustrating. It took 6 weeks(!) of turmoil to finally get the right shoe. The shoe is great but I don’t ever want to go through that again. The main problem is there is no human help available. This could have mostly or completely been avoided by offering chat or phone with a human. Instead the chatbot was completely useless and the request for human support was never answered. Eventually, after trying many email addresses and multiple attempts over weeks I got things sorted but I put way too much effort in to it. That is the face of Fizik and it was so incredibly impersonal I can’t begin to describe it. I’m sure they saved a few bucks by replacing a human with a chatbot but they had to send three boxes back and forth between Italy and US because of it. It was a truly awful experience.

Nice service, delivery and so on, but shoes are not so good. Not a very neat production and too heavy weight. Description is incorrect. Instead of 350 grams, my scale shows 470 grams of each boot.

I'm a little bummed about one thing - I bought laces for another brand of show, but they were the wrong length. The size chart gave shoe sizes, not lace length. So, I just went with shoe size and assuming that in counting the eyelets, if anything, the laces might be too long. Instead, they were absurdly short. I gambled wrong. I'm a lot bummed about something else. I'd thought shipping was free . . . and it was until UPS arrived and informed me that I owed $34 USD for shipping and/or tariffs.

I think the process ia good, but I guess it dis not work this time. I received the wrong shoe model and the wrong size. I really wanted to get the rigjt model /size but instead I was able to get only a refund, so I wws out of pocket for the whole time of the processs, and unable to get a new pair of shoes.

everything is ok with my purchase except the light on the helmet seems cannot hold battery life.... it supposed to work for 90 hours but only seems to work for 2-3 hours in total... every 2 days i need to charge it the shoes and the rest of the helmet is as intended but the light is a major drawback.... should i sent a separate email with this complaint?

I have multiple points of feedback which will increase the user experience of your brand. 1) Stop using the chatbot when I ask for human support for an important question regarding size. For these type of important questions, you need real humans. 2) Size measurement template is not correct. Once I printed this out, I even put on a thick sock for the winter. And even then, I would have margin. So size 40.5 would be a match, but in real life it was too little, both in length and width. It even hurt, with a summer sock. Plus, at the inside of the shoe it wrinkles. I can not share a photo unfortunately. All with all, I am doubting if I buy Fizik shoe from your website ever again.

There was an error during my shoe delivery. I received a size 42 left shoe and a size 43 right shoe. I need two size 43s. An error message appears when I try to fill out the online form on the web site. I'm unable to select the product i want to return.

Great product but it's impossible to.get a hold of customer service. The contact form on the website seems to not work. I requestsled a return, the page crashed, I never received the return label, no reply from customer service and if I try to start the return process again, it won't let me

My shopping experience is always good. Unfortunately, the pruduct quality for one of the items I purchased was not meeting my expectations and is showing significant damage since my purchase and installment. I sent an email to customer service, but have not been contacted. All my previous purchases have been great, though.
