Eccellente in tutto . Gestione del cliente e prodotti veramente al Top . Ho fatto il reso di una paio di scarpe da bdc troppo strette per me . Hanno gestito il reso in 5 minuti telefonicamente con estrema competenza e precisione e dopo qualche giorno avevo a casa le scarpe della misura giusta. Consigliatissimo .

Contattati per telefono su consiglio di un amico in pochi minuti ho ordinato una Cannondale e dopo due giorni mi è arrivata a casa senza costi di spedizione ad uno dei prezzi più bassi in assoluto .. peccato che non avete un punto vendita a Roma .. grazie e complimenti per efficienza e professionalità

Ottima esperienza, nonostante mi sia stato inviato solo uno dei due pezzi ordinati, il servizio clienti da me contattato è stato molto reattivo nel rimediare alla svista ed in brevissimo tempo mi è stato inviato anche il secondo collo.

My experience with Francesconi Bike has been extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a professional dealer, especially when purchasing a premium bicycle such as a Factor Ostro VAM. I bought the bike as a new bicycle, but the way the order was handled has been unacceptable. The bike was delivered in a box from another brand, which immediately gave a very poor impression for a supposedly new high-end bike. Even worse, the bicycle was delivered incomplete, because the original Black Inc aero handlebar was missing. There were also problems with the accessories. One of the bottle cages arrived broken, apparently because the bottle cages were not shipped in their original packaging and were not properly protected during transport. This is not acceptable for a high-value purchase and shows a lack of care in preparing the shipment. I accepted receiving the frame first and the handlebar later only as a gesture of flexibility, trusting that Francesconi Bike would complete the order quickly. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The handlebar has now been delayed for around two months, and the purchase is still not properly completed. The most frustrating part has been the poor communication. I have not received clear, reliable updates or a confirmed delivery date. For a product at this price level, this level of service is simply unacceptable. A customer should not have to keep chasing the shop for basic information about a missing part of the bicycle. Overall, this has been a very poor buying experience: incomplete delivery, damaged accessory, poor packaging, long delay, lack of transparency, and weak after-sales support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Francesconi Bike unless they seriously improve how they handle customer orders, communication, packaging, and unresolved issues.
