ho acquistato un bici ,Lo ritirata in negozio, quando son arrivato a casa mi son accorto che mancava il coperchio del motore bosch, Li ho chiamati mi anno risposto che non avevano tempo di controllare perche avevano troppo lavoro, 4 giorni dopo li ho chiamati, insistente perche controllassero , mi an risposto via whotapps, che non lo avevo dovevano ordinarlo , e poi lo avrebbero spedito da allora nessuna risposta , lo ordinato sul web 3 giorni gia arrivato ,CONCLUSIONE PREZZO FAVOLOSO, MA CONTROLLATE BENE PRIMA DI RITIRARE IL PRODOTTO , PERCHE DOPO NON VENITE PIU CONSIDERATI, ANZI GLI DATE PURE FASTIDIO

Ottimo, non vedo altro modo per descrivere questi ragazzi! Data la lontananza dal negozio li ho chiamati al telefono diverse volte prima dell'acquisto e sono sempre stati gentili, disponibili e precisi! Ho comprato una bici direttamente dal sito ed è arrivata in 3gg! Grazie mille per tutto! Consiglio fortemente e spero di riuscire a fare un giro in negozio di persona il prima possibile!

Bonjour, J’ai commandé un kit cadre chez cicli francesconi, un colnago V5RS en livraison pour la France. J’ai pu traiter avec Anselmo par mail pendant plusieurs jours avant de passer le pas, un vendeur très réactif, sympathique, et qui a pu répondre à toutes mes questions et mes doutes 10/10! La livraison s’est faite très rapidement, moins d’une semaine ( des légers retards dû à UPS les derniers jours en période de Noël ) sans ça le colis serait arrivé en 3j. Le colis était très bien emballé par l’équipe de cicli francesconi, tout est arrivé sans casse et conforme à mes demandes Si c’était à refaire je le referai sans hésiter,

Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing. I purchased a brand-new Specialized Turbo Levo Comp Alloy with paid professional assembly. The bike was delivered with a damaged TCU mounting thread caused by improper installation. Despite paying for professional assembly, the bike was not properly prepared or adjusted. Initially, I was offered a solution where I would have to find a local workshop myself to repair the damaged thread, after which the shop would reimburse the costs following prior consultation. I was also offered a refund of the assembly fee. I did not agree to this solution because I had serious concerns about the overall quality of the assembly. If such a basic component as the TCU mounting could be installed incorrectly and the bike shipped in that condition, I had legitimate doubts about how safely and precisely other, more critical components had been assembled. When I decided to return the bicycle instead, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance, and organizing proper packaging myself — despite the fact that the bike arrived in a damaged box. The poor packaging caused the front suspension area to hit the ground during transport, which clearly indicates insufficient protection on their side.After I referred to my rights under EU consumer law regarding defective goods, I received no further response from the seller. When I decided to contact Specialized directly, they responded professionally and helped resolve the issue. The seller claims they “entrusted the case to Specialized,” but in reality, Specialized only became involved after my direct outreach to them. After taking the bike to an independent professional workshop for inspection, it was confirmed that multiple bolts were not correctly tightened and the derailleur hanger was bent. These findings validated my concerns about the quality and safety of the original assembly. In my view, the responsibility for the damage and the resulting situation lies entirely with the seller. I paid for a brand-new, fully functional bicycle with professional assembly, yet I had to spend significant time, effort, and stress to ensure the bike was safe and fully operational. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
