Francesconi team was excellent in ordering feedback and follow up was exceptional. I am Italian and had very quick responses in question I had in few product which I have then purchased. When items were mentioned as stock, they meant stock in their store unlike other stores who may reserve the item as stock at the manufacturer warehouse. In addition they shipped the order on same day as advertised. Only set back, was the shipping saga of FedEx which took days ( 7-10) to get to the UK. The package bounced in Italy towns for days, then other European stops then Uk …. FedEx also asked me on two different occasion to send then the invoice copy of the order which were included originally by Francesconi in their shipping documents. Really unprofessional and sloppy service by FedEx. So top marks for Francesconi but total flaw for the shipping company, FedEx. Will definitely shop again if the I have a choice for a different courier, DHL would be a good choice.

superb company to purchase all bike related items, received my met manta tadej pogačar Ltd edt and very very happy with it, packed very well , and this company had what looks like the only medium on the planet , will use in the future 👍

Per cominciare, il sito era ottimo, il prezzo della bici molto buono e la spedizione velocissima. Quindi feedback positivo per quanto riguarda il processo d'acquisto. Purtroppo il servizio clienti non è stato altrettanto positivo. La bici è arrivata con una foratura sul pneumatico posteriore, che potrebbe non essere colpa loro. Ho segnalato il problema lo stesso giorno, chiedendo un pneumatico sostitutivo e offrendomi di montarlo io stesso. Dopo 2 giorni ho ricevuto conferma che l'avrebbero spedito. Un po' lento, ma comunque grazie. Da lì, ho passato le successive 3 settimane a sollecitare telefonicamente, via WhatsApp e via email per farlo effettivamente spedire e ottenere un numero di tracking. A un certo punto, dopo 2 settimane, mi è stato detto che era stato spedito quando chiaramente non lo era. Il pneumatico sostitutivo è arrivato dopo 3 settimane, di cui sono grato. Ma che sia dovuto alle ferie, alla mancanza di scorte o che sia semplicemente la norma, quella che doveva essere una soluzione molto semplice, lasciando un cliente soddisfatto, si è trasformata in un'esperienza frustrante a causa di una comunicazione carente.
