Shipping was good. I couldn't wait to get the jeans but had a bit of hassle trying to state another delivery date as I was on holiday. It really stressed me out. I arranged for delivery at my mums address she missed the van. So another date arranged. Now I did get them eventually but worried and very anxious about the whole process

Gentile Cliente grazie per la sua segnalazione Una volta effettuata la procedura di reso/sostituzione il corriere deve ritirare il pacchetto e effettuare la consegna al nostro magazzino generalmente 2/3 gg. Successivamente il pacco viene preso in carico e verificato dai nostri addetti che autorizzano la spedizione della sostituzione richiesta. La sostituzione richiede generalmente una decina di giorni.
