I was initially very impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of the product however that quickly changed when the seem split in 2 different places after only a few wears, I quickly emailed with a copy of my purchase to the customer service email provided and was met with no response (still waiting) I then tried to call head office on several occasions only to be met with a voice recording that advised that the mailbox was full. I am now left with a pair of rather expensive trousers with holes in them and no answers to explain why or how to return them however the company cannot find the time to respond to me regarding my complaint but can mass send me offers and ask me to review.

In order to initiate the return process, please login to your FREDDY account and access the field RETURN REQUESTS and select the order you wish to return Please print 2 copies of this form inserting one into the package and affixing the other to the outside of the package You can directly drop the box at your closest post office or carrier to organize the shipping.
