Tempi esageratamente lunghi per la pratica di reso /sostituzione ,e assenza di informazioni aggiornate al riguardo !! Il pacco con la merce da sostituire è stato ritirato presso il mio domicilio esattamente 10 giorni fa ..e nello stato della pratica risulta ancora la dicitura “in attesa del pacco “ ,quando invece uno degli operatori mi ha detto che il pacco è arrivato e il magazzino sta gestendo la pratica !! Assurdo !!!
