Las tallas son inconsistentes, he pedido dos leggins de la misma talla. Uno me queda justo y el otro me queda gigante y lo he tenido que devolver. Me parece fatal que no faciliten etiquetas de envio aunque hubiese que pagarlas.

Il cappotto era bellissimo ma ho dovuto rimandarlo indietro perché era troppo grande . Forse è il tipo di vestibilità del capo ma andrebbe specificato meglio nelle descrizioni degli articoli. L'ho rimandato indietro il giorno dopo e sono passati 0 giorni ancora non ho avuto il rimborso. I tempi dei resi sono veramente lunghi e quindi c è da sperare sempre che vada tutto bene

Non sono rimasta contenta perche' non ho potuto usufruire di un buono sconto mandatomi da Freddy su WhatsApp, ho chiesto spiegazioni scrivendo su WhatsApp, mi hanno scritto, anche in maniera un po' sgarbata, che era troppo tardi per usufruire del buono sconto anche se su WhatsApp insieme al buono non vi era scritta nessuna data di scadenza
