The service and website are great, however the Bateleon Hoodie I bought the zipper on one side was stuck from the start, the other zipper I tried once and after it was stuck too.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarponi da snowboard, sono arrivati velocemente. Avendo per errore inviato il n sbagliato hanno subito provveduto alla spedizione del numero che volevo senza doverci mettere 1€ di tasca mia, anzi mi hanno anche consigliato la taglia migliore x me e ci hanno azzeccato! Hanno risposto velocemente sia x mail che x whatsapp e hanno subito risolto l'inconveniente. Nulla da dire. Anche da un inconveniente si può valutare col massimo dei voti un servizio .

I prodotti sono veramente validi,il problema è la taglia,avevo scritto per chiedere quale taglia poteva andar bene per una giacca da uomo dando,peso, altezza,e misure,e chiedendo (essendo una giacca da snowboard) se potesse andare bene per uno sciatore esperto,in verità la giacca è risultata veramente enorme per cui ho dovuto fare un reso,mi spiace immensamente perché era veramente una bella giacca,ma viste le taglie non mi fido a prenderne un' altra o la misura più piccola, però è un problema del comprare online,gli addetti sono stati gentili e velocissimi,per cui chiedo scusa e ringrazio infinitamente

Keine gute Erfahrung, das zugesendete Produkt (eine Snowboardhose) ist ein veraltetes Modell und entspricht nicht der Hose auf den Abbildungen, welche ich eigentlich haben wollte.
