the shipment was fast, but the boots happen to be too small, and unfortunately the return is not fast at all. So if the return is a part of overall customer experience, then such experience is far from ideal.

1. I like their shoes, and the buying process and delivery went fast. 2. But I have asked questions twice on their pages before buying and they just have not given me any answer at all within two weeks. 3. Their shop finder is terrible. I have tried four shops in my neighborhood but none of them worked.

Très bon contact suite à un échange de taille. Mais tout de même, même si Garmont international est situé en Italie, payer des frais de port et les frais de retour (depuis la France) me feront probablement choisir une autre marque la prochaine fois. Sinon, les chaussures elles mêmes sont irréprochables.
