Umständliches und teures Rückgabeverfahren Die gelieferten Garmonts sind mir zu groß. Daher habe ich mich mit dem umständlichen Rücksendeprozedere auseinandergesetzt und es schließlich geschafft, beim Versender dafür eine "Freigabe" zu erwirken. Überraschenderweise wird kein Rücksendeaufkleber zur Verfügung gestellt, der Kunde muss die Fracht selbst zahlen. Für Versandkosten hatte ich zuvor bereits glatte 10,00 Euro entrichtet. Für eine Umtauschbestellung zwecks Lieferung der kleineren Schuhgröße werden natürlich erneut 10,00 Euro berechnet, was mir dann doch zu viel war. Erkenntnis: Eine Fehlbestellung sollte bei diesem Versender nicht vorkommen, sonst wird es richtig teuer!

Le scarpe sono ben fatte e finalmente anche veramente impermeabile. Un paio sarà un regalo e non so ancora se apprezzato. L'altro paio è per me e quando li ho messo la prima volta, ero veramente contenta. Pure nel fiume, i piedi sono rimasti asciutti. Purtroppo era scritto, che calzano giusto ed ho preso la mia taglia 40. Sembrava anche la taglia giusta, ma durante una passeggiata lunga, mi sfregano e fanno veramente male. Forse era meglio una taglia in più, anche se non ho mai usato la taglia 41. Spero si ammorbidiscono con tempo, perché non è che sono duri, ma un pochino stretti.
