Tutto perfetto, come già per altri acquisti fatti in precedenza, grazie. Per la scelta della taglia consiglio di fare riferimento alla tabella con la lunghezza del piede perché con altre marche porto il 40 mentre con Garmont mi trovo bene con il 41

Abbiamo effettuato una verifica e, purtroppo, quanto accaduto è stato il risultato di una serie di imprevisti: la sua email era finita nello spam, il periodo dell’ordine coincideva con la chiusura estiva dei nostri uffici e di conseguenza si sono verificati ritardi da parte del corriere. Siamo davvero dispiaciuti per l’inconveniente e comprendiamo il suo disappunto. Sappiamo che la situazione è stata poi risolta con il rimborso richiesto, ma ci teniamo comunque a ribadire il nostro rammarico per quanto accaduto. the shipment was fast, but the boots happen to be too small, and unfortunately the return is not fast at all. So if the return is a part of overall customer experience, then such experience is far from ideal.

1. I like their shoes, and the buying process and delivery went fast. 2. But I have asked questions twice on their pages before buying and they just have not given me any answer at all within two weeks. 3. Their shop finder is terrible. I have tried four shops in my neighborhood but none of them worked.
