Can't get a hold of customer service to claim a warranty. After a less than 3 months of use, two of the eyelets on my LE 2.0 boots have come loose, one has fallen off. I tried emailing them a month ago, but they never got back to me. I need you to actually help me. I can't afford to wait for another pair of boots.

The site was profressional, easy to navigate, and provided great information for each of their boots which made it hard for me to choose one of their many awesome selections. Shipping was fast and I could not wait to put on my new boots.

It didn’t get here at the time it was supposed to. If your company or the delivery company you paired with would have looked at the times my post office was open there would have been no issues. It took 3 days longer than it should have. Besides that the boots are great and will hopefully last me a while.

There was a shipping issue with the website, I called and immediately fixed the issue. Boots arrived quickly. These are my second pair and I’m loving them.

Most comfortable boot i ever had. However, it is not a warm boot. Very comfortable boot. I would buy it again. I would buy another pair of boots for winter.

Great communication with customer service, easy navigation of website, military discount, and on sale. Fit about true to size, if you have any doubt, order 1/2 size up. Requires a little break in but seem durable and of good quality.

I placed my order online. Once the order was submitted I realized the shipping address was my billing address instead of my son’s address. I called customer service and my address was changed without hesitation. Excellent customer service. The boots arrived quickly and were perfect!! Highly recommend

Frustrating so far. I have paid over 60.00 in shipping fees only because the first pair of boots were a half size too big. I returned the boots and paid shipping for them. I bought a second pair as required by the website. That second pair is now lost in the mail. Overall I have paid two different shipping fees for new boots and one return shipping fee. And I don’t have the boots I want. I have paid $215.00 for boots that cost $155.00

I didn't appreciate having to pay for return shipping to do a size exchange for my active duty AF member son's boots that I surprised him with for Christmas. In fact, I had to pay for shipping 3 times in order to order the boots, return them, and then reorder the correct size. In addition, I asked to return the boots on December 27 and sent them shortly after. I had to follow up with an email on January 16 (after having to check my credit card statement many times to see if I had been credited for the original purchase) because I still had not received my money back. I finally received it on 1/17.
