Easy ordering online for my daughter who is in bct in the army. Customer service was excellent when I noticed that the address was not correct- they fixed it right away and my daughter is so thankful for these boots- saving her feet during her rucks.

My son is at basic training currently and requested me to send him Garmont NSF tactical boots. I ordered directly from the website and had them shipped directly to him on base. Garmont called me to verify the address was correct prior to shipping. I loved that. They also sent via USPS which I later discovered was preferred shipping method to the base. My soldier received the boots and is very happy with them. Thank you so much!

Although the product didn't work for my husband, sizing is small and narrow and we have to pay delivery fees. The customer service we received from Mr. Jim was great. He was very patient with our questions and refunds follow up. Thank you Sir!

The entire experience has been absolutely awful. I asked about a size and didn't get an answer until multiple days later (after I ordered the wrong size.) I caught that I ordered the wrong size within 2 hours of the purchase and even though the product wasn't shipped, the company couldn't stop the transaction. The worst part is they didn't even apologize at first. So now I'm out almost two hundred dollars and the only suggestion they had was order another pair of boots and wait for the refund after shipping back the wrong size at my own expense. I shipped the boots back to be returned over three weeks ago and still have yet to receive a refund. I'm bummed because I have a lot of friends that like this brand but I will not ever be dealing with this company again.

Hi Ariel, I'm so sorry to hear you weren't happy with your Garmont experience. We take pride in getting orders out quickly, and our system typically processes payments and sends things to the warehouse within 5-10 minutes of your order. This helps us compete with larger retailers and get your boots to you as fast as possible. Unfortunately, once an order reaches the warehouse, we can't adjust or cancel it. One difference between us and some larger stores is that we can't cover return shipping costs. We understand this might be frustrating, but it's due to the limitations of our resources compared to those big online companies. For returns, we need to receive the boots back at our warehouse before we can process your refund. Once we have them, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process the refund itself (not including the shipping time to get the boots back to us). I see your refund was actually processed on July 10th, and it usually takes 1-2 business days for your bank to post it back to your account, depending on their processing times. Great boots, the T8 Falcons! Very sturdy and helps me still walk Hills at 70. I have always been a fan of the 670s and have several pairs. But the Falcon provides me more support. As a lifetime Rucker I have used them all: Danners, Rocky, jungle boots as a Army Infantry and Ranger. I swear by Garmount now. 24 year US Army Infantry Soldier Leader!

I have wide feet and Garmont Tactical is the only brand I have found that provides a true wide boot. I appreciate that there were three wide styles to choose from that are AR 670-1 compliant. The Garmont Tactical website was easy to navigate. Delivery of my order was fast, and I had a great experience overall.

I ordered the wrong size boots and had to exchange them. The return was easy. Just would have liked to have had more updates on the progress of the refund. I ordered a new pair and received promptly. Will order again from this company.

I ordered a pair of boots in my normal size and paid for rush shipping. When they arrived they felt like they were 2 sizes too small. I started the RMA process, which I had to pay return shipping for. It took about 3 days before I received the RMA authorization. I sent them back via USPS and the tracking says they were received on 6/17. By 6/26 I still have not received confirmation they are at the warehouse. I have been in communication with a customer service rep why can’t do anything other than says he sent the tracking number to the warehouse. I understand there is a 7-10 business day wait for the refund but I would at least like a confirmation that my shipment was received and it’s being processed. If I don’t receive any update by the 10th business day I fully intend to request a chargeback from my bank. This is ridiculous.

Service: It took some time for the return process to happen after I went to a post office. The address on the return slip provided to me from an email from Garmont support was not on the post offices database when shipping out which was concerning. I wish there was a trade option but it is stated that there isn't one currently which hopefully means one is in the works. I didn't know that the return was successful besides a statement of the money getting into my bank account; I wish there was an email of the trade being successful.
