I brought few different size shoes because I want to find my size. I don't mind the re-shelving fee or even the re-shipping fee. but it's been 3 weeks and my return is still not complete. I brought other boots from other brands. I got them, found my size and shipped back the ones I didn't need and gotten my refund already. Not to mention other companies provided much easier return services. I don't think I will ever use Garmont's main website to buy boots ever again because the customer service is just terrible.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us about your refund. I sincerely apologize for the delay you've experienced. We always aim to process refunds for our valued customers as quickly as possible. Our policy is to process refunds within 7 to 10 business days once your boots are received back at our warehouse. Please note this timeframe doesn't include weekends, as our warehouse is closed. After your return is inspected and re-entered into our stock system, our account manager issues the refund to your credit card. Once that credit is processed, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. I've checked your return, and I'm happy to confirm that it has been successfully received at our warehouse. Your refund will be processed today! Please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement. I understand that this return has taken longer than our usual timeframe, and I truly apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused.

The delivery process was fantastic. They arrived in two days after ordering, and they're comfortable. I purchased the NFS and feel I can run in them well. However, the stitching in the heel has come apart, on both boots, after one 12-mile ruck and minimal train-up. After 3 months of wear, they have become unservicrable, according to AR 670-1. For $200 boots, which are praised by SOF personnel in other reviews, I've had a less than stellar experience. I've emailed the company with no response. Others in my unit have the same boot. Some don't have this issue, and some do. It seems like consistency is poor for this boot and I'm not likely to purchase from this company again.

Bare bones website interface but they're responsive and follow through. Boots were a half size to a full size too big compared to my normal sizing. Had to pay shipping on my own for returns.

The boots shipped and arrived quicker than expected. First thing I noticed when I put them on for the first time was how comfortable they felt. After the first hour hike to break them in there were no issues with blistering or rubbing. These boots are awesome.

I ordered boots from Garmont because I have used their product for years and I trust the brand. This time, I decided to pay extra for express shipping which promised to deliver my package within 2 days. After a week without a confirmation email that my boots had even been shipped, I contacted customer service, justifiably upset with the situation. Sales manager Kyle not only did a fantastic job of explaining why my shipment had been delayed (evidently, the product I ordered was out of stock), but he offered to substitute the boots I ordered with a more premium product at no extra cost and refunded me the shipping fee. Overall, I've been incredibly satisfied with my decision to shop at Garmont. Thanks Kyle, you're the best!

Everything was pretty basic. Garmont is popular enough where things go out of stock pretty often. However, it seems like they restock product fast. What really surprised me was the 'no free returns' especially with online footwear purchases.
