They shipped in secure boxing. Both sets of boots/shoes were correct in size with my order. I have yet to use them since I'm currently wearing another pair of the same. These are replacements for my current pairs. Thank you.

I ordered some tactical 9.81 shoes and I believe I received women’s size when I had ordered men’s size.

This is a great boot known for its performance, largely due to its specific fit characteristics. Garmont designs the 9.81 Alert with an athletic, close-to-the-foot (snug) fit. This is intentional to maximize control and responsiveness. It's also worth mentioning that the 9.81 Alert model is available in standard (often considered unisex/men's) sizing only. We don't currently offer it in a women's specific size. For a women's specific Garmont fit, we carry the Athena boot, which is built on a different last (foot form) designed to better accommodate typical female foot dimensions. We know that boot fitting can be tricky, as everyone's feet are a bit different! What feels snug and supportive to one person might feel too tight for another. If the current size isn't comfortable, exchanging them for a larger size of the 9.81 Alert could certainly be a good option to explore. We apologize for any hassle this sizing situation might create. Our goal is to help you find the best possible fit.

I ordered a pair of boots for Ranger school. When I tracked the shipment it said my boots had been delivered to Fayetteville, NC. (I live in the western US.) I reached out to customer service but it has been radio silence.

Regarding your attempts to contact us previously, I have carefully checked our email records, including our spam and junk folders, using both your name and email address, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate any prior messages. I truly apologize if there was an error on our end and we somehow missed your correspondence. I did locate your order in our system and confirmed that the shipping address you provided was entered correctly. We did ship the boots to that address as requested. However, upon reviewing the tracking information, it appears USPS unfortunately misrouted the package, sending it to Fayetteville, NC instead. While this type of shipping error is certainly not typical, it can regrettably happen on occasion. To resolve this for you as quickly as possible, we have already processed and shipped a complete replacement order at no additional cost to you. This new shipment should be on its way very soon. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the shipping carrier's error and any frustration you experienced with communication. Ease of ordering was great. I had made a mistake on the shipping address with rush shipping after normal business hours, sent an email, the gentleman called before 8am and remedied the whole mistake. Incredibly grateful!
