I bought some tactical boots for my son, he is in basic training. First time parent having a son deployed. I needed to change the delivery address to Ft Sill. I called customer service and worked with Nathaniel and he immediately took care of me and worked with the order department and they did it! God bless you guys and God bless America! Thank you!

The ordering process was fine, but I felt misled by the FAQ on my shoes. The sizing felt very narrow and uncomfortable and I couldn’t imagine spending hours in these boots. I was very dismayed at the return process where I not only had to pay for returns but had to do multiple other steps. I won’t be purchasing shoes from Garmont in the future because of the poor E-commerce experience. Could easily be remedied by a fair (and more with the times) return process

Garmont boots are designed in Italy and often feature an athletic, anatomical fit derived from our mountaineering heritage. This can feel narrower than some other brands, particularly in our tactical line. We understand that finding the right size can be a challenge, and we are continuously working to provide clearer sizing guidance. This was the worst online shopping experience ever & I will not be buying from yall ever again. Somehow I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots, well I noticed literally right away & within 5 minutes reached out to try to get it fixed, a gentleman “called” me (the phone rang once then hung up) and then he sent me an email saying they don’t cancel or change the orders at all and I’ll have to return them. Well I ordered these for my husband who’s at bootcamp (you’d think this would be common since a lot of these boots are for military personnel) he’s not able to return the boots or deny the shipment as I was advised. So now I’m out $200 because for some odd reason there’s no way to cancel or change your order even though it hasn’t been shipped yet. Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online retailer & I can only recommend to NOT shop here

I understand you needed to change the size for your husband’s boots, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. To provide some context for our process, once an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our warehouse to be prepared for shipment. We process orders as quickly as we can in an attempt to compete with the speedy shipping of other larger online retailers, such as Amazon. Because our warehouse is in a different state from our offices, our system does not allow us to change or cancel an order once it has been transmitted for fulfillment. While this efficiency is usually a benefit for our customers, I completely understand how in this case it has created a very difficult situation, especially given your husband is at bootcamp and cannot easily manage a return. I want to help find the best possible solution for you. When the package is delivered, it can be returned for a refund. We would be happy to walk you through that process whenever you are ready. I realize this is not the ideal outcome, and please accept my genuine apologies for the frustration this has caused. We value you as a customer and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

I purchased the Nemesis 6 G-Dry boots, and they are phenomenal. I did have a slight issue with clicking in the left boot sole. The customer service representative resolved the issue immediately and replaced the boots. I WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER SET OF BOOTS SHORTLY!
