I placed my order online. Once the order was submitted I realized the shipping address was my billing address instead of my son’s address. I called customer service and my address was changed without hesitation. Excellent customer service. The boots arrived quickly and were perfect!! Highly recommend

Fast shipping, quality products.

Frustrating so far. I have paid over 60.00 in shipping fees only because the first pair of boots were a half size too big. I returned the boots and paid shipping for them. I bought a second pair as required by the website. That second pair is now lost in the mail. Overall I have paid two different shipping fees for new boots and one return shipping fee. And I don’t have the boots I want. I have paid $215.00 for boots that cost $155.00

I didn't appreciate having to pay for return shipping to do a size exchange for my active duty AF member son's boots that I surprised him with for Christmas. In fact, I had to pay for shipping 3 times in order to order the boots, return them, and then reorder the correct size. In addition, I asked to return the boots on December 27 and sent them shortly after. I had to follow up with an email on January 16 (after having to check my credit card statement many times to see if I had been credited for the original purchase) because I still had not received my money back. I finally received it on 1/17.

Website was easy to navigate. Products well priced, diverse choices with detailed descriptions, and plenty of size options. Shipping/ delivery came in time frame that was given. My son loves his boots. He said they are comfortable, somewhat water proof, durable, and "a heck of a lot better than his program issued boots! " His feet a much happier.

The process was relatively quick. I had read a review of Garmont boots on Gritty Soldier and knew that your boots would be the best boot for the Fan Dance in Wales. That is why I chose your boot. I had issue boots left over from my Army days and they did not cut it for the long walk up and down the mountains that I plan on doing.

Shoes fit true to size. My son loves them says they feel like tennis shoes, very comfortable. He's in BCT so hoping they stand the test of time. But overall happy

No issues. Shipped on time over seas and got delivered without problems. 2 days on the boots so far and they feel great.

Garmon makes a quality boot, but their sizing seems a bit off. I ordered two different boots in the same size, but the width is drastically different. Both high quality and a great price, but an advisement on width would be appreciated before purchase (if there was one, and I missed it, my apologies, and rating would be 5 stars.)
