Processing and shipping time are ridiculous slow, I ordered boots for my wife that she needed for the 96 hour forge in bct by the time the item was processed and shipped 2 weeks before the forge she was already in the field and didn’t get them until after. At least offer 2 day shipping and don’t take a week to process an order. Won’t ever buy from this company again. Thanks for putting our soldiers first by taking your sweet time

Return policy sounds more customer friendly than it is. I had to pay to ship it with mandatory tracking and didn’t get 100% refund for unused boots. I guess putting my foot in a boot to test fit for less than a minute counts against me. 10/10 recommend other companies. I got weird duck feet from decades of swimming, so I don’t count that against them. I count the financial loss and return policy ambiguity that favors the company against them.

Ordered one pair of boots. Wrong size…,they make it very difficult to return and of course I had to pay for the return shipping. They have received the boots according to the tracker two weeks ago, but I still have never received a refund. I went to “Tactical Gear” to get the replacement boots. Highly recommend Tactical for all your kit!

Shopping at Garmont couldn’t be easier. My size is always in stock and I always get the same model and color. These are my favorite everyday boot so I replace them every 6-8 months. Shipping is fast and they run true to size.

Great boots for rugged terrain and going through streams. Water didn't get seep through the tongue which is great! These boots are great for rucking and I didn't blister that easily compared to other branded boots. I'm definitely going to order another pair when the time comes.

Delivery of product went great. Problems started when I needed a different size. Had to pay to send boots back to a warehouse $30 and am still waiting on a refund over a week after boots arrived back after numerous emails. So $260 for boots then another $30 to send them back. Not a happy customer at the moment.
