Purchased as wides, they are not wides, and the 11.5 is too small. Customer service has yet to get back to me so it looks like this will be my last pair of garmonts.

First time buying these boots and completely disappointed. I contacted you guys about the right boot feeling a little off and snug and the left boot is fine and got no response. I was told by a coworker that they would stretch after wearing a few times. Well that didn't happen so now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I can't wear. I have never worn any boots that felt this way so I guess they will sit in my closet. Total waste of money.

High quality boots. I bought them for my police academy and they hold a shine well. Comfortable and looks like a good fit. I wear these on the Mil side and theyve held up for three years so i have no worries about these.

I ordered two pairs of shoes they were said to be wide. They were not wide which was disappointing. When I was going to return them I realized I had to pay for shipping back to the company which was $30! The quality of the shoes was great. I wish they would have actually been wide like advertised.

Never received my order. Tried contacting Garmonttactical support and never heard back. Now I'm out of $200. Shady and unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM GARMONT. They are content with taking your money and nothing else.

First I love my Garmont Boots. I have wore the soles off of them. It broke my heart that the new ones I ordered didn’t fit. The return process is crap. I’m still waiting on a refund…but only because they wouldn’t exchange for a larger size. I hate that my only complaint is the hassle of the return. More over I had to pay almost 17 dollars for them to be shipped to me in the beginning and then ask permission to send them back. Once I got permission I had to fork out another 15 dollars to send them back and still waiting on a refund so maybe I’ll buy another pair in the size I need. Fix the return process please! I am a Marine Corps Veteran and hate to think they would treat my brothers and sisters the way I feel I’m being treated.
