The boots are of good quality but the problem is when the size you order does not fit you and you have to pay for all the shipping costs and they are somewhat expensive that they even end up being approximately 25% to 30% of the cost of the boots. I hope they can reach an agreement with a shipping company so that the customer is not the one who has to pay these shipping costs and even more so when it is due to size.

Purchasing was super easy! However, I am yet to receive my order places 11/12 and when I reached out to customer service regarding a tracking number for my order, they said they would call back but have not. Disappointed in this part of the process.

My daughter was given wrong size in boots in basic training for the army so I Purchased these boots. After just a few days she said she felt the difference in her feet. More support, comfort and no more blisters. That gave her a boost in confidence for her to keep pushing in her training! She’s in her final weeks of training so this was perfect timing!

I ordered a pair of the T8 NFS 670's in a size 10 to match that of my military issued boots, unfortunately the size 10 was too small. I paid $28.37 to ship them back for a replacement pair. I tracked the package and know it was received by Garmont 4 days ago. I have reached out via email and the Garmont website, but have not received any correspondence back on when I could expect the correct size. I have heard good things about the boots, but the customer service is lacking, at least up until this point.

Great shopping experience, my only complaint is the lacing on one boot already fell apart after a month and I can’t find my order number to ask for a return/replacement.

Garmonttactical boots were recommended to me. Combat boots are expensive but after researching and in person recommendations I decided to go ahead and purchase a pair and WOW! Super light and supportive! Almost like a sneaker. Time will tell how well they hold up but based on the reviews and the build of the combat boot that I see in person, I figure they will meet or exceed expectations. Boots are true to size & appealing without compromising functionality. One of the most important things you can do is take care of your feet. I’m happy I purchased a pair of Garmonttactical boots and will do so in the future! Only customer service I experienced was via email. I did not receive direct responses but did get updates regularly on order status. I requested a pair of boots reach me by a certain date and Garmonttactical took care of it much to my surprise! Actions speak louder than words, thank you Garmonttactical!
