Grommet broke after one day of use. Submitted the problem over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them.

I ordered a two day shipping for my order and it cost me 45 dollars extra. It took 7 days for my boots to come.

Your website does not work properly. The cart was not working properly. I suggest your executives go online and proceed through the buying process. It is not smooth or problem free. When asking questions it takes days to get a response. You should have a phone number that someone can call. Your system need a top to bottom review.

Return process is a bit redundant. If sizing is off, paying shipping fees to return items was not ideal. Customer service was definitely good.

Got the boots way ahead of schedule, got to hike the weekend after moving. The boots I got are durable, breathable, and great for everything. Will be buying from Garmont again.

The boots are a good purchase however my second time wearing them, one of the eyelets fell off. I sent out an email and got no reply.
