Came very quickly. The boots themselves broke in, in about a week of daily wear. Paired them with super feet insoles for long ruck marches and I’m more than satisfied with the comfort. Will purchase another pair in the future!

I like the boots, but the typical size I fit for a boot like that was a full size too small. Sending it back by a trackable method cost $45.85. I would expect Garmont to have a way to provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

I had mistakenly submitted an incomplete address when ordering. Upon realizing that I made a mistake (same time order was placed) I emailed and called Garmont Support to inform them in which they said the issue was fixed. However, according to the USPS, the issue was not fixed and the package was almost returned to the seller if I had not went to the post office to collect it. What is the point of the support hotline if they are not going to help with the issue? Been buying Garmont products for years, extremely disappointed.

First order was returned but have not received confirmation or my refund after 3 weeks. Second order was delivered in a timely matter but the first order it still an issue.

We have been trying to reach customer service for three weeks and we have heard nothing back. I have emailed several times and have entered a return request. The status has changed since I submitted it a month ago. It's very disheartening to be left in the lurch.

Best boots I've ever worn and the only ones in my many years in the military that I never had to wear any foot inserts. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these boots were the only ones that my feet loved.

Kyle gave me his personal attention during my order. Told me of the shoe and it's special design. The shoes fit was good, and were some of the most comfortable I have had, rite out of the box. My only complaint is lack of ankle support.

The T 4 Groove G-Dry boots are well made and wonderfully lightweight. They provide excellent ankle support and traction. I like the lace cinch on the upper tie off which provides anti-slip on the lace for a secure tie. They feel secure and can be worn all day with comfort. No complaints thus far!

I loved their all weather boots, took me through 2 selections and jump school. Bought this one now that I'm out for a summer work boot, but about a week after purchase the left eyelet popped out. Looking for a refund.
