I am on my 5th pair of Garmin boots, its always great working with the company. I only gave 4 stars because shipping of my products has always been strange, I recommend the company uses a different method of shipping

Wish you all still made the T8 LE (some active duty still have black boots) but I absolutely loved them so much that I now use T8 Bifida for my backpacking and hiking boots. Best boots I've ever owned. Thanks!

I received my T 8 Bifida boots and saw that there were no insoles. I reached out to customer service and am in correspondence with a representative, but they have yet to mail them out to me after 11 days. The rep says that they will give me a tracking number once shipped but I have to engage with the rep to get a response versus them taking the initiative to keep me informed. I have yet to wear the boots so I can’t say how well they wear.

Your products are great but your size chart for socks and insoles are terrible. You need to add numbers corresponding to the S-M-L sizing, etc.

I have always loved your boots, from selection, to real world operations they have come through with little to no issues the moment I put them on, great boots. Would love to see the T8 in a 6 inch model.
