My order had a defective sole i still ended up paying shipping for a new pair. customer service was nice and gave me a promo code however memorial day sale emailed a better % off and i still over paid again.

It looks like we are waiting for your order to be returned to our warehouse, once it is returned a full refund is being processed for the first pair. It looks like this should have been covered as a warranty replacement but was requested as a return so there may have been some confusion during this process as the item was already sent back. Once we process the refund, we will send you the confirmation.

Best boots I’ve ever owned. Third pair in a row. Can’t beat them. If you’re running they are tough, but hiking under load and doing work on rough terrain…no better.

Quality of the boots and socks seems to be fantastic from the short time I've had them. Comfortable and quality work. Minus 1 star for not clearly indicating sock sizes on the website.

I have worn Garmont Boots for about 5-6 years and love them. When I saw the Athena edition and realized I had a chance to own a pair of boots made for women after 18.5 years in the Army, I was pumped to try them. TOTALLY worth it. They are incredibly comfortable and fit better than I could have imagined!
