Let me start by saying I love Garmont boots I wore them for my entire 10 year army career over multiple deployments and they never let me down. I just bought a new pair of boots for work as an EMT however and they came in heavily worn and scuffed as theyd either been worn and returned or were damaged somewhat in shipping. The damage is cosmetic so I wont be returning them & I genuinely love the companies product, its just disappointing to get something in this condition as I look forward to a new set of Garmonts when I order them.

I ordered a pair of boots on a tight schedule and forgot to account for the holiday. Upon realizing my mistake, I called the customer service line and spoke to an outstanding team member who placed a call and made an adjustment to meet my deadline. More important, the boots fit and perform great. Plus, they are very light! I will definitely order again because Garmont has a rare combination of Great Product and Great Service!!

A little annoyed that my discount code for 4th of July didn’t transfer over during final confirmation. Gotta be a website bug. So I didn’t save any money, and that was one of the reasons I bought the boot in the first place.

Difficult return policy.

The shoes were awesome, just a bit too small. If a wide version was available, I would purchase. Shipping charges were high, return shipping was obscene. If no stores nearby carry Garmont, we have no choice but to try sizing online, so making the shipping so high, it's cost prohibitive. Will not shop here again.

Boots shipped quickly; however, they were a size too small. Sent them back ($28 to ship back out of pocket), was told when I called I would get store credit which means I have to wait until they get them back and receive them before I order the boots I need. Then emailed and was told I would get a refund, emailed twice since then to confirm but have not received an email back. Boots may be great (don’t know…) but their selling/returns/customer service all need a lot of work. Ordered two weeks ago and still do not have the boots I need. I recommend trying another company.
