It's a bit narrow for my liking but I feel like it will be fine once broken in. Otherwise fits great and seems well made. Looks sharp.

GARMONT T8 ATHENA REGULAR

Great boots. I bought these for drilling with the USCG and wore them to break in for a few days. I rucked 4 miles one day, was on my feet for 3 days for about 12 hours and had no blisters or sores. The boots were very comfortable and I want to wear them all the time. The shoe box fits a little wide, which I like coming from barefoot shoes and the grip was secure on muddy trails.

Very good quality. I’m a size 9 1/2 (US), so probably should have ordered a 10 Wide. But I’m very happy with the product!

T8 LE 2.0 REGULAR

Love the size zipper. Break in period was a bit shorter than previous boots I’ve owned. I also feel more connected to the ground in these versus other boots, if that makes any kind of sense. If they last as long as other brands I’ve owned I’ll be switching all my boot purchases to Garmont.

T8 LE 2.0 REGULAR

Overall good boots. Seem to be a few hot spots near the front of the laces due to the design interfaced where the knuckles of the toes bend but works itself out over a week or so. Likely related to the oversizing of the boots overall as I think I'm still a half size over, but all in all the boots are good looking and functional. Intended light duty boot design with a lack of full stability but I bought them for office duty aligning to uniform reg. The loop in the back is useful for getting your foot in with the zipper down, but an annoying look after that. Honestly could likely do without it. Overall recommend, but plan for the boots being too big compared to your normal sizing.

I've been out of the Army over 25 years now, and the last pair of boots I had were the old green jungle boots. A friend recommended these boots, and I was quite surprised how comfortable and light they are. I got them for work use, but they're quickly becoming what I wear all the time. They fit very well, and it just took a day or two of wear for them to feel "form fitted". These are definitely not "granddad's combat boots!" (I'm a granddad... ;) ) Highly recommended!
