I'm speaking for my son who's finishing his Forge evolution at BCT now. He had his issued boots which gave him pain so he bought some different ones and they were better but then asked for the Garmont. He decided to use them for his longer rucks as they're better fitting and more comfortable. My initial thoughts were wow this is a good looking boot. Appeared well made and the hype was real. He sold me on them so I'll be getting a pair for my days on the range.

The ordered size did not fit, the length is enough, it squeezes on top and sides. I would like the shape of the toe to be more round like in Belleville 790

GARMONT T8 ATHENA REGULAR

Great boots. I bought these for drilling with the USCG and wore them to break in for a few days. I rucked 4 miles one day, was on my feet for 3 days for about 12 hours and had no blisters or sores. The boots were very comfortable and I want to wear them all the time. The shoe box fits a little wide, which I like coming from barefoot shoes and the grip was secure on muddy trails.

Very good quality. I’m a size 9 1/2 (US), so probably should have ordered a 10 Wide. But I’m very happy with the product!

T8 LE 2.0 REGULAR

Love the size zipper. Break in period was a bit shorter than previous boots I’ve owned. I also feel more connected to the ground in these versus other boots, if that makes any kind of sense. If they last as long as other brands I’ve owned I’ll be switching all my boot purchases to Garmont.
