If I was only rating the footwear, this would be a five star review. Unfortunately, although I loved the boots (the Nemesis 6) the sizing changed by half a size since I ordered them last, and the first pair I ordered were too small, even though they were the same size I ordered and wore last time. This meant that on top of the $15 in shipping for the first pair, I had to spend another $15 to send the first pair back, and another $15 to order ones that fit. That’s $45 in shipping costs just to get the right size in a boot I’ve worn before. I called Garmont customer service to see if any of these 3 shipping charges could be refunded because they had changed the sizing of the boot since I wore them last, but they refused. I get it that they “need” to charge for shipping, but this left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak. Bottom line, great boots, but customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

I owned a pair of Garmont Bifida’s previously and love them. Now my training has changed so I bought the NFS and WOW! What an amazing, lightweight boot. Very comfortable and quick to break in. Day 1 I completed an 8 mile ruck with no pain and no blisters. Buying a second pair to have on standby!

Site was easy to use, and was fairly pleased with the selection. Just wish that there were waterproof options since military and law enforcement agencies wear them. My son received them fairly quickly at his base. Not that the delay was on the shipping from your site, but more the slow delivery process once they arrived on base.

Shopping experience was easy however I ordered the boots via 2-day air but received them approximately after 5 business days.

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy that you are satisfied with the shopping experience but we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the shipping time. You ordered the product on 08/31 in the afternoon and we shipped it the next day, Friday afternoon 09/01. The shipment arrived on 09/06 so after 3 business days, we are sorry that the courier did not meet the expected shipping time.

The online shopping through them was good, no issues. The boots looked great, tactical and could also go as casual footwear, and they fit true to size. This is the second pair I just bought, so I can alternate them every other while at work. You definitely can't go wrong with these. I'll probably buy a back up pair soon, for rainy days...
