My experience with ordering Garmont technical was great, even with a personalized phone call. Unfortunately, my son never received his boots despite saying delivered. I’m not sure where the fault lies, but now I am out $160 and my sons feet are still killing him in basic training.

Like many online companies, Garmont Tactical has a strict return policy regarding the condition of returned footwear. So I was extremely disappointed that 1) the boots slipped in the heel despite being constructed on a women's last and 2) there was a stain on the toe of the right boot. Unlike many companies, Garmont charges for shipping ($15 in my case) and return shipping is on the customer. Garmont requires the customer ask for an RMA No. which turns out to be the same as the order number 🤦🏼‍♀️. On a positive note, Garmont credited my account very quickly after receiving the return.

Customer experience was great! Site was easy to navigate. Product availability and options were addressed clearly. This is my 5th pair of Garmont boots and they are as quality made as my first pair. Super happy Customer.

Simple to order, called up customer care for exact fitting and got the info I needed. As a guy to is very hard to find shoes for (fitting wise) the Nemesis 4s are perfect! They run about a half size larger which is just what I require and the width is fair. They're comfortable after wearing them all day, and even agile enough to run in if desired! I have a long and narrow foot which makes buying any shoes/boots in a size 13 almost impossible with 95% of brands. Way to go Garmont! I'll be back for more in the near future!

Arrived fast!…My son was happy with his new boots and already used them for DUTY! He said they were very comfortable and light.

I have always been very hard on my foot wear. Before my first pair of Garmont boots, I could never keep a pair of shoes or boots without wearing them out well within the first 6 months to a year. A family member gave me my first pair of Garmonts almost 4 years ago, and they are still not falling apart, even though I wear them almost daily. I bought my 2nd pair just recently because I know they will last me a long time. I am very pleased with these boots, and I will probably never buy any other brand again.

The sizing of the boot seemed off. When contacting customer service requesting an exchange, an approval needs to be received before returning; this is inefficient and unnecessary. I also had to pay shipping to return the boots, I feel as though Garmont could have done this. Sent boots back with tracking number as requested but have not received any return correspondence; this would be nice to confirm my return is at least in process.
