Delivery of product went great. Problems started when I needed a different size. Had to pay to send boots back to a warehouse $30 and am still waiting on a refund over a week after boots arrived back after numerous emails. So $260 for boots then another $30 to send them back. Not a happy customer at the moment.

Very easy to select what product you needed and what size specifications. Got a chance to look at the shoes at a conference recently and was impressed by the quality and light weight material the shoes were.

Excellent deal on the Falcons during veterans day. Ordering direct from Garmont was easy and shipped in a decent amount of time. I think i would order again especially during their big sales

I have purchased from Garmon multiple times, and every time I do, it's super easy to navigate through. Such as the website, locating the right shoe that fits, and ordering the product. I also love how quick they are to ship the item you purchase.

Website is easy to navigate and orders are promptly processed. More important is the boots are extremely comfortable.
