At first there was an error with my address, which caused my order to be returned by the Post Office. I reached out to customer service and got a response from Jim. Jim was extremely patient, timely, and professional handling the shipping issues I was having. He was very kind with his responses to my emails, and I am extremely grateful. Thank you, Jim! I will definitely be ordering again because of how he handled the situation.

I purchased boots and was surprised by how comfortable and light they are. I will definitely be re-ordering them once they wear out.

I had no problems with Garmont so easy to work with. I had to return shoes that I bought for Mr and my son and it was easy to do, only thing that sucked was had to pay the shipping costs for return.

The boots are a huge improvement over what he was issued in BCT. However, I had to ship them to myself and turn around & pay to ship them to him because it would not allow enough characters in the address lines for me to enter his address. That is why I’m giving 4 stars, not bc of the product but because of the checkout process. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Boot Weight: The Extreme EVO GTX is a heavier boot designed for tough conditions and maximum support. Sock Sizing: Small, Medium, and Large can be tricky! We know it's tough to find the perfect fit, especially when your foot size falls between sizes. We actually offer lighter weight boots without waterproof liners, like the T8 NFS 670 or Falcon.
