Site was easy to use, and was fairly pleased with the selection. Just wish that there were waterproof options since military and law enforcement agencies wear them. My son received them fairly quickly at his base. Not that the delay was on the shipping from your site, but more the slow delivery process once they arrived on base.

Shopping experience was easy however I ordered the boots via 2-day air but received them approximately after 5 business days.

You ordered the product on 08/31 in the afternoon and we shipped it the next day, Friday afternoon 09/01. The shipment arrived on 09/06 so after 3 business days, we are sorry that the courier did not meet the expected shipping time.

The online shopping through them was good, no issues. The boots looked great, tactical and could also go as casual footwear, and they fit true to size. This is the second pair I just bought, so I can alternate them every other while at work. You definitely can't go wrong with these. I'll probably buy a back up pair soon, for rainy days...

I was buying garmont boots for the first time. I had always seen other soldiers wearing these boots and they looked so nice and comfortable. So I decided to try myself. So far I am very satisfied. I love them, they are very comfortable.

Shopping experience was fine. Boots shoe string eyelets came out after 1st use.

Bought these boots for my daughter after her first ruck in Army-issued boots tore her feet up so badly she couldn’t wear boots for two weeks. The Garmont boots fit well right out of the box, lots of support, and no blisters after her 6-mile ruck last week. Highly recommend. True to size. Fast shipping too!

Boots would’ve been great but they are too narrow. They made the return really easy. I gave 5 stars because I have a different pair of boots from Garmont and they are great so I won’t knock them because my feet are wide. Hopefully they make the Nemesis in a wide version soon and I can reorder them.

My regular Garmont boots are very comfortable, lightweight and fit perfectly. They don’t hurt my feet and they only took a few days to break in. Couldn’t ask for much better for the price.

First pair of boots I've bought to replace my old basics. Noticeable lighter and much more supportive. Easier to size as well.

I have now owned 4 pairs of Garmonts and never want to wear another brand. The NFS 670 boots are amazing and required no break in time. I mean none. I have a narrower foot and am female, wear a size 7 in it with regular socks, or a 7.5 with thick socks. I recently ordered the Athena ones for the first time, and love them even more. My only complaint was that I was not aware the sizing was on a female scale for that version and I had to return the 7.5s for an 8. I wish there was a convenient and free exchange option, but now that I know they are female oriented sizes, I will just get a little bigger than the male boots I have always ordered in the past.
