Ordered the shoes and it took more than three weeks to arrive. The boots turned out to be the wrong size. Made an exchange request and still haven't heard anything back after a week.

Thank you for your recent review. Please note that on our website it was mentioned that from 12/21 to 01/04 shipments would be paused due to our end of year inventory count. I see that your return was accepted, and we are waiting for the return to arrive at our warehouse before processing the refund. Please also note that it is mentioned on our FAQ page that we do not process direct exchanges. A return will have to be set up, a refund will be issued, and a new order will have to be placed for the correct size or item. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. In addition, our Customer Service is always available to support customers on any issues. Regarding the fact that the return costs are borne by the customer, the reason for our choice is that we prefer our products to be purchased consciously, so as to reduce the number of shipments and thus the environmental impact of transport. They definitely changed something. Materials also don’t feel quite as durable

Thank you for your review. The only thing that has changed with our T8 NFS model is the insole was switched out for an ortholite insole. This is to provide a comfier fit and better support while wearing for long periods of time. Otherwise there have been no change to the shoes structure or overall materials. The Garmont boots we ordered for our son lived up to the quality reputation. Very well made. I also had an excellent customer service experience. I made an error on my online order and quickly called Garmont for assistance. A PERSON answered right away, fixed my order error immediately with no hassel!
