Bonjour, Nous sommes très contents de notre achat, 6 chaises superbes pour l instant aucun souci, Parcontre nous avons voulu commander au moment du black Friday et donc avec une réduction super mais la livraison prévue aux fêtes de fin d'année fut légèrement reportée mi janvier le seul bémol sinon site très sérieux merci

Commandé le lit en fer forgé Bonnard. Il aura mis un peu de temps à cause des pénuries de ressources et les fêtes de fin d'année, mais le Service Client impeccable a répondu à toutes mes questions concernant les délais et spécificités du produit. Ayant fait pas mal de route depuis l'Italie jusqu'en Rhône-Alpes, les cartons étaient endommagés mais le produit intact. Pièces emballées dans des sacs plastiques puis mousse expansive répandue dans tout le tour des cartons. La qualité est top, rien a redire. J'étais un peu perplexe a l'idée d'acheter sur un site "inconnu" "à l'étranger" mais tout s'est très bien passé. Encore merci au Service Client Infabbrica pour leur suivi ! ______________________________ Ordered the Bonnard Iron Bed. Took some time to be delivered due to shortages on raw materials and the holidays, however the impeccable Customer Service answered all answers regarding delays and product details. The packages travelled almost 750km from Italy, so they were a bit roughed up. But the product was well. Pieces of the bed were put in plastic bags and foam has been sprayed all around the carboard boxes. Top quality, nothing to say. I was a bit sceptical about buying on "unknow" and "foreign" website, but everything went well. Thanks again Infabbrica's Customer Service!
