Prima volta con questa azienda, mi sono trovata benissimo, ottimo prodotto e facile da montare, precisi nella spedizione e nell'imballaggio molto curato, solo un piccolo appunto: ho trovato particolarmente taglienti le staffe che collegano la testiera alle sponde laterali, una semplice limatina sarebbe opportuna.

Très satisfaite par le produit . Il s agit d une 2 e livraison parce que la première étagère est arrivée brisée ! C est bien entendu le service de livraison qui est en cause . Infabbrica a été très réactif pour le 2envoi le 6 septembre mais reçu le 14 septembre.je ne sais pas si ce sont les délais de livraison normaux chez TNT ? Un merci particulier pour Valentina qui a bien suivi mon dossier.

I must admit that our first approach with Infabbrica started on a wrong foot due to a fault with their server and website. Buying online sometimes can be risky and let’s just say, I tried to get through to them at the worst possible moment. After calling them I was given immediate attention from the owner who effectively did his best to explain the difficulties they had for a few hours, swearing on their credibility. Finally, we ordered 3 Cesca crome and black stools for our new kitchen. I was looking for a classic design piece and we needed a certain height which was possible with Infabbrica. They were delivered individually in boxes protected by wooden cages. After unpacking I found to my delight the exact chair photographed in the website, with detailed Italian workmanship at its best. I am very pleased to state that Infabbrica is highly recommendable.

Sehr viel Design Auswahl. Ich bin begeistert, sehr schöne einzigartige Wohnmöbel. Leider dauert der Versand sehr lange, da die Artikel eine bestimmte Zeit an Vorbereitungszeit benötigen. Ansonsten verlief alles Problemlos. Artikel kam unbeschädigt an. Qualität war Zufriedenstellend. Kommunikation einwandfrei. Preise etwas zu hoch, aber bei diesen Designs verständlich. Immer wieder gerne.
