The Sportiva website kept failing and it took several attempts to place the order achieved on 10th January. The order once placed was dispatched via Fedex who have still not delivered them. So in summary, a poor ordering experience and the product not delivered 16 days later

Orbit Beanie- two general problems 1/ shipping with FedEx- i have received 4 times message with different time of delivery. Then nobody have come and i received new email with new time. At the end I received opened box. Beanie in plastic pack unopened. 2/ size- i tried another beanie of la sportiva and i was sure, that L/XL is right size for me. But this orbit is to big for me. I like La Sportiva products so much, but this makes me angry.

Easy to navigate website. Could have more information and details about the fit of the shoe. Perhaps the dimensions/3d model? Anyways they fit great.

I had a really poor experience. After the shoes arrived (which took 12 days) I recieved a request from fed ex to pay over £40 in VAT charges. I had not been told prior to my order that this might occur, and could not find anything on the website that indicated this might occur. When I reached out to customer service, they told me this is found in the terms and conditions, but when I asked to see the T and Cs, I recieved no reply. There is no link to T and Cs anywhere on the website, so I remain thoroughly unsatisfied. I would like to recieve some compensation for this, but since I recieved no response, there doesnt seem to be anything I can do. Incredibly frustrating as I’d heard such good things about these shoes.

trying to return a pair of shoes that are the wrong size. Return order form won't recognise the order number, you only have a 14 day return policy, even online, and the webiste is 'down for maintenance', plus an email sent within the 14 day return period has not been responded too - what a battle. Returns is so poor I wont be using this company again as have no confidence in an efficient return.

I didn't usually shop online much, but I really like your brand and I took a chance on your website. Basically, I only bought your shoes because, in my country, there aren't many places where I can buy other items in stores, especially clothing. Through your online shopping site, new horizons have opened up, and the ease with which I can buy, return, and exchange items that I had never personally tried before makes it easier to buy more items because I will already know the correct sizes to buy. As for the quality, it's undeniable! All the details in your pieces are excellent, and that's very important to me. I will certainly continue to be a loyal customer, just as I already am with your sports shoes. Congratulations!

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy).
