Cosmic Hoody XXL really a bit too short size for a tall (1.90m) person. So not suitable for the mountains, only city..

I had a great experience with La Sportiva! My order arrived quickly, much faster than I expected. I also had a small issue with my purchase, but their customer service responded immediately and solved it without any hassle. I was really impressed with how professional and helpful they were. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied — I’ll definitely order from them again!

After 17 days the shoes still did not arrive. La Sportiva could not come with a solution and is blaming the courier. Even a refund is not (yet) possible.

Well described shoe sizes, fast delivery. Perfect shoes for my narrow foot. Good quality of workmanship and good durability of materials in La Sportiva products, usually shoes last up to 1000 km.

It was fast and the delivery was ok. GLS allowed me to reroute the packet to a drop-off point instead of my home which is better for me.

The item itself was fine, although delivered 2 weeks later than promised. Most importantly, we were charged the customs duty by FedEx (an additional £47.14). The fact that the recipient is responsible for the customs duty is not at all obvious from the check-out page, or the shipping policy summary at the check-out. The only way to know this is to read the fine print of La Sportiva's shipping policy a link to which is buried at the bottom of their main page. Not cool.

Unclear website shoes were under sized, cramped and feedback from customer service simply ignored my question and complaint, without any sign of acknowledgement. Wil never buy La Sportiva again. Of to Hoka, On, Nike, innov8 who give good customer service. Take a note from their books.

It was a good efficient service, given I placed the order in the UK. However, be warned "Fedex" then sent me a import charge of £54 on a product worth £140, so I assume that it's a scam. If there is an import tax La Sportiva should have alerted the buyer at the point of purchase.

It was reliable and effective. Delivery slightly delayed but not a problem as I was kept up to date with emails and tracking. I absolutely love the women’s prodigio I now have three pairs and they are so comfortable for me.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They sent me a wrong product. I've been trying to get a replacement or a refund for *weeks* now, but their customer service is *terrible*. They seem very uninterested in helping me with this issue. *I* have to keep e-mailing them and asking for help, asking for information and status of the resolving of the issue. They never contact me unless I send them another e-mail. And when they do contact me, they are very stingy on information and ignore most of my questions. I have to send 3 or 4 e-mails just to get every info I need. They show no interest in helping me, or care towards their customers. It feels like they want me to leave them alone, because they don't want to deal with this. It is *their* fault though, that they sent me a wrong product. At this point I am pretty sure that they scammed me. They sent me a wrong product on purpose, because nobody was buying it. Please DO NOT buy from this company. They will most likely you like they did me, and will do their best to avoid helping you, and you will be spending weeks like me, trying to resolve the issue. Very company, I am extremely disappointed. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

I love La Sportiva shoes and have used their light trekking boots on three treks in the Himalayas. I bought my first pair in Namche Bazaar. They are great on stone steps or on scree. The delivery to the UK has been reliable and extremely fast. This is a really outstanding company. Well done!

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy). After the war, the demand for boots increased obliging Narciso to hire new workers: the good name of "Calzoleria Sportiva" crossed the boarders of the valleys. Starting from here the La Sportiva’s history continued to grow.
