Insufficient sizing information. I had to read reviews and comments to other sites in order to choose the right size. If I had followed the chart provided by the company I would have ordered a smaller size.

I received an email telling me that my product will arrive in a day it didn't, that was inconvenient as I was waiting for the package at home.

I'm not really satisfied to be fair. I only received computer-generated replies from customer service and there is little human interaction. You should aim for a personalised interaction with your customers.

Took some time and communication wasn't regular. This is a tough situation though so it is ok. If I needed the mask quickly then it would have been difficult.

Easy ordering procedure. I found the invoice confusing because it was in Euros rather than pounds Sterling as a result of which I thought I had been overcharged. I complained and received a polite and prompt reply. It was my mistake and I appreciate the way you made me aware of this.

Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return 1 item but the return process from the UK turns out to be very expensive as the destination address is Italy and the original box in which the item was packed is bigger than standard. If you ship to the UK, could you at least have a return address in the UK or provide a return label that allows to return the products for free? Next time I will want to buy something from La Sportiva, I will think twice and ensure I cannot find a similar item from a competitor brand before buying it.

Dear Customer, Although most online shops offer free returns, this choice, despite being a very strong incentive to purchase, would be completely inconsistent with our corporate policy. The consequence of which many still do not think about, in fact, is an enormous increase in the number of road transports that still today represent one of the main sources of environmental pollution. After payment, I sent my ID details right away. But still for 3-4 day nothing happened with my order. I had to remind CS to progress my order.

La Sportiva took a long time, almost two weeks to answer my query by email. The receptioninst I spoke with over the phone had rather poor spoken English and spoke no Italian at all. However, the product was delivered swiftly and efficiently.

Service was quite slow took them a few days to reply to a email and then took them about 10 days to process a exchanged, still waiting for it to be dispatched so I imagine I have another few day to wait. All in all will be about a month before I get the correct product with one exchange

Fast delivery and very good customer service, the delivery company didn't want to deliver my parcel because house number was missing, I called the customer service and the problem was fixed immediately, once again customer service is very efficient and deserve 10/10. It was my first purchase with "La Sportiva", I bought a pair of shoes exclusively because I thought they were Made in Italy, unfortunately it is not the case, the shoes I bought are Made in China, next time surely I will not go for "La Sportiva" with the risk of finding that the shoes I bought are Made in China.

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy). After the war, the demand for boots increased obliging Narciso to hire new workers: the good name of "Calzoleria Sportiva" crossed the boarders of the valleys. Starting from here the La Sportiva’s history continued to grow. Now the firm produces in Fiemme Valley boots and shoes for all kind of outdoor activities from climbing and mountain, categories in which La Sportiva has the market leadership, to mountain running, trekking and the skimountaineerging market. Recently the company entered in the skimountaineering segment and in the apparel market with a complete selection of technical clothes for running, skimountaineering and climbing. La Sportiva who produces mainly in his headquarter at Ziano di Fiemme, is distributed in more then 70 countries worldwide.
