I had to return a pair of shoes for another size, from the UK back to La sportiva. La sportiva customer service was excellent and quick at answering my email questions. Because i am in the UK i couldnt have an exchange i had to accept a refund and re-purchase the next size up. I did loose quite a bit of money from the delivery charges, return postage cost and duty charges. This is the first pair or La Sportiva shoes i own, hopefully I now know my size in this brand for any future orders.

The online site was clear, purchasing was very easy and the boots arrived exactly as planned. Between my wife and I we've had several pairs of La Sportiva boots, winter and summer, as we wear them bitterly every day. We find them to be a good fit for both of us. They produce well made and hard wearing foot wear.

Still haven’t received my order, made it on the 8th of June. You are using FedEx to deliver your orders, they are completely incompetent at least when it comes to Sweden. I live in Abisko so I understand it is a bit harder to deliver up here, but still no answers from FedEx.. When delivering to Sweden I suggest using PostNord instead. Hoping I receive my order soon! Terrible - no clear guidance about UK import duty and returns have to be sent to Italy. To try 2 sizes of shoe on, it cost be almost £100 (duty and return postage). I would never purchase from La Sportiva online again.

Despite messages from DHL last week Thursday that they would deliver I have not received my purchase . Can you pls send me the shoes or repay my invoice. I am not happy paying money and not getting my shoes

I’ve loved my nearly worn out trail runners and had so many positive comments about the colours they had to be replaced. Unfortunately the model I had didn’t come in any colours which would go with my gear, but there was plenty of other choices. Great of all, only complaint is that shipping to UK now charged custom and courier handling fee which I unaware of. There should be reminder or some kind of notification in place. Great shoes as always, I am so happy that offer the wide fitting.
