I am very satisfied with the products I purchased from La Sportiva. They are excellent quality, comfortable, durable, and fully meet my expectations. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend the brand. Regards.

Very disappointed with both La Sportiva’s product and customer service. I bought the Prodigio 2 Women’s shoes directly from their online shop. After wearing them only five times, they caused significant pain in both feet, making them impossible for me to continue using. I have worn many different brands over the years and have never experienced this problem before. I opened a warranty claim, which took weeks to resolve with very little communication. I was eventually told I would receive a refund, only for La Sportiva to later apologise and say that information was incorrect and my claim had actually been rejected. Their explanation was that the problem was the shape of my foot rather than the shoe. As I bought the shoes online, I had no opportunity to properly try them beforehand. Despite explaining that I was willing to try another La Sportiva model, they didn't even offer an exchange. I’m now left with an expensive pair of barely worn shoes that I cannot use. Being promised a refund and then having it withdrawn was particularly disappointing. This was my first experience with La Sportiva, and unfortunately, based on both the product and the way my case was handled, it will probably be my last.

The trainers came damaged. Not enough for me to want to incur further costs and delay by sending back but enough to put me off La Sportiva in future despite being a loyal customer of over 10 years. I have pictures of the damage if you'd like to see.

Excellent quality shoes and fast shipping. But the sizing was difficult to understand and since returns are not included, I have to pay for another pair.

quick dispatch of order. I did order the shoe based on the size I I had for my Sportiva Tx4 9(11.5)The Cyclone feels a little tight in the same size though.i decided to keep it, but probably should have send it back for a 12..

I was so impressed with the quality of packing. The absolutely amazing delivery. I received the package over the weekend from the other side of the Globe! I would expect that from a different state in Australia! Love the quality as always! I'm a massive fan of everything La Sportiva does.

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy). After the war, the demand for boots increased obliging Narciso to hire new workers: the good name of "Calzoleria Sportiva" crossed the boarders of the valleys. Starting from here the La Sportiva’s history continued to grow. Now the firm produces in Fiemme Valley boots and shoes for all kind of outdoor activities from climbing and mountain, categories in which La Sportiva has the market leadership, to mountain running, trekking and the skimountaineerging market. Recently the company entered in the skimountaineering segment and in the apparel market with a complete selection of technical clothes for running, skimountaineering and climbing. La Sportiva who produces mainly in his headquarter at Ziano di Fiemme, is distributed in more then 70 countries worldwide.
