Second time I've ordered something in a few weeks time, and also the second time their customer service does not respond. I've filed for return request for my second order on May 30th and have not heard back from them on June 9th. Also no response to my emails. I'm disappointed and wonder why they do not respond.

Experiencia horrible. El tallajes simplemente absurdo. Para una 33 de cintura. Pedí una l y resulta que soy una XXL. A la hora de hacer la devolución , tuve que mandar hasta cuatro mails para que me dijesen cómo hacerla. Por no hablar de que tienes que pagar los gastos de envío y los gastos de devolución. Nunca más compraré en la Sportiva.

Utterly terrible. I needed help through customer service so I emailed and got a response reasonably quickly but since then, they have ignored two follow up emails to try and resolve my issue. As a military person, I was unexpectedly called away for 3 weeks as my trainers were delivered. This meant that by the time I tried them on I was beyond the 14-day return window - the trainers were too small despite ordering a size up from my normal pair as advised on the website. I emailed customer service and had a response saying I was outside the return window despite noting the reason for being away. They said they would request dispensation to accept a return and give me an update but despite two chaser emails over the course of a week, I have been ignored. I have a race coming up in 5 weeks now, and need to start training in a new pair of trainers - this is just really poor and disappointing service from a brand I thought would do much better.

About Akasha is nothing to say about it, just the best for very long distances. About delivery, I didn't expect the arrival from Italy to Moldova within 6 days, blazing fast.

Boots returned to sportiva. They have now had them for 16 days and still no email to confirm or refund. No replies from customer service x 2 and no contact phone number. Dreadful company
