The delivery time was pretty good considering they came internationally. My only gripe, which is outside of your control, is customs fees. I'd maybe have thought twice about ordering had I known exactly how much extra I'd have to pay on top of my boots, or at least been prepared. I'd thought maybe an extra £20-30 but it was actually over £50 more, so definitely worth thinking about if you need to budget properly for things! Still, I couldn't find my size available from a UK supplier so the extra cost wasn't really avoidable.

Easy to order. A little pricey. Quick delivery but FedEx weren’t easy to contact for a change of day of delivery. Size 46 had good fit. Shoes are fine. I tried to break them in. First day 3km, 2:nd day 6 km, walking on gravel road- no problems. Very comfortable shoes. 3rd day a mountain hike in Norway of 14 km. I experienced a beginning blister on my left heel after 4 km which may very well be my fault. I put on a patch of compeed early and it helped. Next time I’ll use a liner sock underneath. Right shoe was very comfortable all together. The shoes had good grip and hopefully will be excellent once I get them broken in.

Incredibly inflexible and unhelpful service. Two sizes of same shoe somehow added to basket. I emailed immediately to try and change order and was told impossible. So I pay customs on way in and shipping and customs on return too. Absurd

Nice web shop and easy to navigate and scroll. The product description was consistence with the real clothes regarding size, coulor etc. Very content.

Very fast handling of order and shipping. Easy to find products in the webshop. To improve even more with the choosing of right size, it would be helpful to know the model's measurements and what size they are wearing.

It was easy and smooth, and the products are great. The only problem is that it's very hard to find out the right shoe size without trying. I ordered my normal size, and had to go up to 4 sizes up... and it was still too small. It's a shame because the shoes were really nice and I'd have loved them if they fitted!

Has been great, best shoes ever! I own few pairs and still looking for a pair of grey leather ones, but seems to have been sold out everywhere.

Simply lovely shopping experience like Max Verstapen would say 😀 Im from the Czech Republic but the processing time at La Sportiva was actually shorter then compared to many domestic eshops. I really do appreciate your company is able to satisfy all world directly. No need for me to seek for some distributors with ofter poor inventories. And I simply adore your shoes. So many exciting colors also for men!!! Thanks and keep it up!

Cosmic Hoody XXL really a bit too short size for a tall (1.90m) person. So not suitable for the mountains, only city..

I had a great experience with La Sportiva! My order arrived quickly, much faster than I expected. I also had a small issue with my purchase, but their customer service responded immediately and solved it without any hassle. I was really impressed with how professional and helpful they were. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied — I’ll definitely order from them again!

After 17 days the shoes still did not arrive. La Sportiva could not come with a solution and is blaming the courier. Even a refund is not (yet) possible.

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy). After the war, the demand for boots increased obliging Narciso to hire new workers: the good name of "Calzoleria Sportiva" crossed the boarders of the valleys. Starting from here the La Sportiva’s history continued to grow.
