Fast delivery and a good way to keep you up to date about the proces.

Service was quite slow took them a few days to reply to a email and then took them about 10 days to process a exchanged, still waiting for it to be dispatched so I imagine I have another few day to wait. All in all will be about a month before I get the correct product with one exchange

Questions to customer service are handled very badly, via the contact form as well as via telephone. Questions about unclarity on the website are not answered by the persoon on the phone. I was directed to the site again, which I explained several times was unclear to me. No help. Also for another issue via mail, the answers I got (until 2 times) were very unsatisfactory.

I have been really disappointed with my experience with La Sportiva. I ordered a base layer top which was too small. i returned it , with correct return slip, correct label and goods in good condition but have not been given refund. i asked for a replacement in larger size which I am delighted with, but I have emailed and I tried to phone and had no communication with you at all. The experience of poor communication with you has spoilt my purchase. i am now taking it up with postal service to track the returned article for the refund owed ..

All was quick and in order. The customs was a bit of an issue. If there was any way to take care of this with the order, that would be ideal.

The day I receive the items that I bought from la sportiva, I got an email from them indicating me that the items were dispatched from the warehouse to the courier. How can that be ?? the courier already dispatched those items to my home address and la sportiva was telling me that they are just sending the items to the courier. Bad Bad Bad
