This is was probably one of the worst online buying experiences of my life. After finally deciding on my purchase, was unable to use several credit cards and actually had to call my credit service provider to let them know that it was not a scam. When I called customer service, they told me that I had to use an incognito window to be able to purchase. That didn't work. Then I called back. They told me that I should use PayPal to purchase, which I did, which worked. I don't understand why a company like Sportiva can't accept credit card payments, but fine. Then the shoes went through three different shipping companies to get to our house, through which we had no notification of the changes of company, and they were "unable to find our address", we called and were told of the other company, which I then called and was told about the third company, which I then was able to reschedule the package to a pickup location, which I did. The next time they tried to deliver, they said the pickup location didn't exist. So undelivered again. A third time we sent to another one of their pickup locations, and finally it was delivered. It was not in great condition but the shoes were fine. But, they ended up being too small. Okay great, so definitely didn't want to repeat the process but here we go. Try to return the shoes online, there is nowhere with information on how to return the shoes - yes there is a policy, that leads you to a form, a form that never found my order. So I had to call, again. They said wait 24 hours for it to appear. We waited 48 hours, and nothing appeared. Called again, they said there was a problem with the dating and that they would fix it in the system. Finally, we get the ability to return the shoes, and the cost is on us... 30€ just to ship them back... I am seriously disappointed in the quality of customer experience at Sportiva. Do you not stand behind your product? What company doesn't offer free returns and exchanges? I used to recommend you as a quality brand but now feel that I can no longer do so based on the experience that I have had. And the worst part is...it's not even over. I've already sent the shoes back (at my cost), and yet there has been no response on the website or email as far a receiving the shoes, and I do not trust that there will be. Your website is so substandard, it doesn't surprise me that there are so many scam versions of it, it doesn't even work, first of all, and it is so poor quality that you can't even accomplish the main functionality of what a store is...buying, receiving, and returning. Seriously need to consider what your mission as a company is because if you think you are achieving it, I can't imagine you possibly having many repeat customers.

Si internet clair et démarche d'achat fluide. Le service client est réactif. Le délai de livraison a été de 3 jours. Les chaussures sont de qualité et confortables.

Amoureux de votre marque depuis que j'ai attaqué l'escalade, je ne suis toujours pas deçu. Si quelque sticker la sportive offert avec la commande aurait été un plus, mais bon sinon j'ai commandé et je recommanderai chez vous sans aucun soucis

The shoes were too big. I sent an e mail, I sent a message via the contact form on the web site, no answer to eithe. I also tried to use the returns form on the web site, it did not work , it always threw up an error. Is there no way to return the shoes?

Satisfaite pour la commande et le retour. Parcontre non satisfaite du service commercial qui ne lit pas les mails avant expédition de la commande ! Concernant l'échange de taille, dommage que l'on ne prévienne le client si la taille demandée n'est plus dans la même couleur et plus le même prix avant remboursement.
