Veloci nella spedizione, ma il corriere ha consegnato in nostra assenza e lasciato pacco fuori dalla porta incustodito. Non bene. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare un amico per farlo mettere in sicurezza

Spedizione veloce e puntuale. Prodotti ben fatti e molto simpatici, li ho regalati ad una mia amica e ne è rimasta molto contenta.

Erste Bestellung wurde gar nicht erst bearbeitet, ging angeblich nie ein, bis das Geld zurückgebucht wurde hat ewig gedauert. Da aber jeder eine zweite Chance verdient habe ich erneut bestellt. Bestellung kam unvollständig an, Nachlieferung laut Kundenservice nicht möglich, daher Erstattung. Dies allerdings erst nach dem Abarbeiten einer komplizierten Anleitung. Die Produkte sind zwar sehr schön, aber der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Nie wieder! Ein Stern auch nur, weil null Sterne nicht geht.

Commençons par le positif : je suis contente des produits réceptionnés. En revanche, le site buggue beaucoup quand vous voulez créer votre compte client et qu'ensuite vous souhaitez vous connecter à votre compte pour passer commande. Ensuite, énorme déception à la réception du colis. Les stylos se baladaient dans le colis ... ils auraient pu être à minima emballés dans un papier de soie par exemple.

Prodotti ottimi e ben confezionati. L unica grande pecca sono le tempistiche di spedizione. Tempi troppo lunghi, l impazienza dei bambini è troppa.

Plusieurs commandes ces dernières semaines, très satisfaite du choix, de la livraison. Ce qui est super également c’est de pouvoir être alerté par mail lorsqu’un objet est à nouveau disponible à la vente.

Mes enfants comme beaucoup adorent les produits legami. Mais comme ils ne sont pas les seuls, les éditions limités partent vite et du coup je commande directement sur le site. La livraison est rapide mais très chère par rapport au prix des stylos commandés
