Un des achats est arrivé plié sur le côté, un bloc note 🗒️ détruit sur le coin en haut à gauche. Je suis déçue de la qualité de la livraison. J’aimerais un remplacement offert ou un bon de dédommagement mais personne ne répond. Le service client n’est pas très bon.

Déçue par le prix de la livraison très élevé, ainsi que l'impossibilité de rentrer le code promo de la newsletter qui devait alléger ce cout... proposer un code sans endroit pour le rentrer c'est de la promotion mensongère. Les produits sont conformes et la livraison a été rapide, mais je ne commanderais plus sur le site vu le prix de la livraison, je me déplacerais chez les revendeurs près de chez moi.
